There is no single UK mobile network that is best in every location. Coverage can vary by postcode, whether you are indoors or outdoors, your device and local conditions.

Roaming on Alvonex Monthly Plans
Roaming is different on each underlying network. Always check the network section below before travelling.
Daily roaming pass
Voice plans: daily roaming passes are available across Europe, Business and World zones.
Data-only plans: EE daily roaming passes are not available on Mobile Broadband connections.
EU roaming included
Voice plans: EU Roam Like Home is included, subject to the roaming data allowance of the tariff.
Data-only plans: EU roaming is also included, subject to plan limits.
Roaming not included
The Three monthly plans supplied to Alvonex are for domestic UK use only.
Roaming and international services are not included as standard on these tariffs. Please contact Alvonex if you need roaming enabled.

EE UK out-of-bundle & special-number information
Standard UK calls and texts are included on the Alvonex EE voice plans. Calls or services outside the inclusive allowance can carry additional charges.
EE’s supplier guide identifies 0800, 0808, 0500 and 116 as inclusive, while 084 and 087 numbers, premium-rate services, satellite services and some specialist numbers are chargeable.
Because the EE guide supplied to Alvonex lists wholesale rather than retail rates, please contact Alvonex for the current customer price of any non-inclusive service before use.

O2 roaming outside Europe
O2 offers Rest of World passes for eligible business connections. The current RRP supplier guide lists a 24-hour pass at £7.50 and a 30-day pass at £99.
Allowances vary by roaming zone. Because destination eligibility and allowances vary, customers should confirm the country with Alvonex before travelling.
O2’s other roaming zones include destinations across Europe outside the Roam Like Home area, the USA and Canada, Asia Pacific and the Rest of World.

O2 data overage varies by tariff. The current guide lists 3p per MB on most Small Biz plans and 2p per MB on the Unlimited plan; Mobile Broadband overage is listed at 3p per MB.

Retail EE charges should be confirmed with Alvonex before use.
O2
084, 087, 09, 118 and premium short-code text services are outside normal inclusive usage and can attract additional charges.

Premium-rate and non-geographic services are not included within the standard monthly allowance and may be restricted. Please contact Alvonex if you need access to additional services.
Vodafone
0800 and 0808 are free. 084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers can include a Vodafone access charge plus the service charge set by the organisation being called.
