UK Delivery

We currently deliver orders to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been successfully received.

Estimated delivery is normally within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable delivery charge will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where an order or product qualifies for free delivery, this will be shown on the website or during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delivery of SIM Cards

SIM cards are supplied in accordance with the product description shown at the time of purchase.

Where applicable, customers should follow the activation or registration instructions provided with the SIM card or by the relevant mobile network operator.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate the delivery.

Please allow for reasonable postal or courier delays before reporting an order as missing.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
