These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Alvonex.co.uk. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell Pay As You Go (PAYG) SIM cards and related products from a range of UK mobile network providers.

Product descriptions, allowances, validity periods and other information are provided as accurately as possible based on information available to us at the time of listing.

Network services, coverage, speeds, roaming availability, allowances and other network-related features are provided and controlled by the relevant mobile network operator and may be subject to that operator's own terms and conditions.

Alvonex Ltd is an independent retailer and is not the mobile network operator.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example:

• A product is unavailable.
• There is an obvious pricing or product information error.
• Payment has not been successfully authorised.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
• We are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due will be refunded using the original payment method.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling (£).

The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your order.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is dispatched.

We take reasonable steps to ensure prices and product information are accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund where payment has already been taken.

5. SIM Card Activation and Network Services

Some SIM cards may require activation, registration or another action before they can be used.

Customers are responsible for following the activation instructions provided with the SIM card or by the relevant network operator.

Once activated, registered or used, a SIM card may no longer be eligible for return except where the product is faulty or where your statutory rights otherwise apply.

Mobile network availability, signal strength, data speeds, coverage and service quality can vary by location and are outside the direct control of Alvonex Ltd.

Customers should check network coverage and suitability where appropriate before purchasing.

6. Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the times stated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier delays.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your cancellation and return rights depend on the circumstances of your purchase and applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict your statutory consumer rights.

8. Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Products

If you believe you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may ask you to provide information or photographs to help us investigate the issue.

Where a product is faulty or not as described, your rights will be dealt with in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

9. Mobile Network Changes

Mobile network operators may occasionally change their services, tariffs, allowances, roaming arrangements, coverage or other network features.

Where such changes are made by the network operator after purchase or activation, they may be outside the control of Alvonex Ltd.

This does not affect any legal rights you may have against us where a product was not as described at the time it was supplied.

10. Website Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that information on Alvonex.co.uk is accurate and up to date.

However, occasional errors may occur. We may update product descriptions, prices, availability and other website information when necessary.

Product images are provided for illustration and identification purposes. Packaging or presentation may occasionally vary where the underlying product supplied remains the product described.

Use of a SIM card and associated mobile services is also subject to the applicable network operator's terms, policies and acceptable-use requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, Alvonex Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including network outages, coverage limitations or changes made independently by a mobile network operator.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
